Position: Assistant Manager – TSG

The Job

  • The role would part of a team which would serve as the support to Sales and Marketing team whenever technical selling of a solution or product to the customer is required.
  • The role will also provide support to the Post Sales team on complex product issues.
  • The role will also work to serve as a Bridge between Sales, Post-Sales and R&D.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams in order to help them technically sell MRO TEK’s offerings to the customer.
  • Lead and execute installations and implementation of the different products and solutions sold.
  • Take complete ownership of any Post Sales support call assigned and ensure closure of the case well within the time limits called for in the SLA, even if it involves activities at odd hours of the day.
  • Conduct PoC’s, Demos and Product Evaluations which would help create mileage for the products and solutions offered.
  • Provide support to Sales and Marketing for complex bids projects
  • Find creative solutions for complex customer requests
  • Provide Technical trainings to customers.
  • Provide input to network proposals and changes to design of the network.
  • Proactively update oneself on the new technologies and products.

Required Skill Set

  • At least 3-4 years relevant experience.
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent attention to detail
  • Degree in Engineering (ECE or Computer Science)
  • CCNA certified.
  • Ability to interact and negotiate solution designs and details with end users.
  • Analytical with strong problem solving abilities.
  • Able to demonstrate ability to take ownership of a problem
  • Good hands on working knowledge on TDM equipment, Wireless products, L2/L3 Switches and Routers.
  • Hands on knowledge of installing and maintaining wireless links.
  • Extensive experience of installing and troubleshooting SDH/TDM/IP/WDM/ Wireless networks.
  • Good knowledge of Networking protocols ( RIP, OSPF,BGP, EIGRP)
  • Good communication skills and Presentation skills.

Should be willing to Relocate to Any part of India

 

Position: Marketing Executives

Profile A

Experience Level 4-8 Years

  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Planning and managing the entire sales activities for the Account.
  • Should be very familiar with major accounts in North, good contact with CTOs/CIOs.
  • Should have generated sales of >5 Cr. in at least 3 such accounts in past.
  • Should be well versed in technologies in IT, Telecom or/and Networking domain.
  • Any networking certification will be an added advantage.

Profile B

Experience Level 4-8 Years

  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Planning and managing the entire sales activities for the IT & Telecom Channel Accounts, SI,
  • Should be very familiar with major channels in North, should have generated sales of >25 Lacs in 10 such channel partners in past.
  • Should be well versed in technologies in IT, Telecom or/and Networking domain.
  • Any networking certification will be an added advantage.

Profile C

Experience Level 2-4 Years

  • Good communication & presentation skills
  • Should be familiar with major accounts in north. Contribute to building of the funnel by generating leads and referrals and building on existing business within the account.
  • Generate new sales lead / prospects, add new customer base.
  • Energetic and Self-motivated and adaptable to be able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Basic knowledge of Networking equipment & technologies.
  • Past experience in sales of networking equipment like modems, media converter, wireless, switches & routers will be added advantage.
