Western Coalfields Limited (MiniRatna, Category-I company) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Coal India Limited (Maharatna enterprise) under the Ministry of Coal, Government of India. Operates in Maharashtra and south-west Madhya Pradesh, covering several prominent coalfields. The project involved deploying a secure and scalable network across 450+ locations to improve connectivity and operational efficiency. As an empaneled National System Integrator with BSNL, we have successfully executed multiple turnkey projects PAN India

Client Requirements

The customer required a secure MPLS-VPN network across multiple locations in Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh. The network was to connect various sites with different bandwidth in the range of 2 Mbps up to 500 Mbps with 2 Mbps for (ERP applications and miscellaneous locations) to the highest (500 Mbps for Data Center and Disaster Recovery Center).

Scope of the Project

Conducting site, RF, surveys
Design and implementation of network infrastructure.
Supply and installation of active and passive networking components.
Configure and testing network equipment.
Implementing Operations, Administration and Maintenance (OAM) procedures.

Managed network service and setup of NOC.
