Standard Warranty

For all our products, customers are entitled to a standard Carry-In-Maintenance warranty at our Bangalore Service Center. This would typically be a minimum of one year from the date of purchase and may vary in case of any contractual obligations. This service is available during business hours.

Onsite Support

Customers have the flexibility to choose for onsite support for the products purchased from us. This would address our Mid & High range of products with committed uptime for the entire period

AMC Services

We have a different support program for post warranty support  to suit  customer requirement.

Product Installation Services

We undertake installation of our products on a individual / project basis. Our specialists would first understand the site, check the feasibility, and suggest modifications /additions where necessary, install & integrate the product. In case of a project, this would extend to providing documentation of the entire installation with a mutual sign-off.

Project Management

Designed for customers who need additional resources for complex projects (like a MAN or Campus Network involving interoperability with other industry standard equipment ), MRO-TEK's Project Management Services provides you with a Project Manager who overseas your special project from development to completion. This would typically commence with understanding the existing infrastructure, assess changes to be done, recommend modifications if required, deploy new equipment, make it operational, train personnel and sign off with a project report. Each  phase would be clearly defined with time lines clearly drawn out and contingency plan in place
