Gp. Capt. Krishna Das (Retd.) serves as Chief Executive Officer of MRO‑TEK — an accomplished aerospace professional and technocrat with specialization in information and communication technologies, and more than 22 years of distinguished experience across IP/MPLS networks, satellite and tactical communication, defence procurement, program management, and training and development. A postgraduate in Telecommunications System Engineering from IIT Kharagpur, with research experience in traffic engineering in IP/MPLS networks, he has held key positions in the Indian Air Force and Government of India, notably as Joint Director & Program Manager, C4ISR, and Director-Satellite & Tactical Communications, prior to joining MRO‑TEK. His research publication, "Quality of Experience (QoE) Assurance by a Multi-path Balanced Traffic-Splitting Algorithm in MPLS Networks," appeared in Annales UMCS Informatica AI IX, Lublin-Polonia, 2009.
Mr. V Vanniarajan serves as Chief Financial Officer of MRO‑TEK, overseeing finance, accounting, legal, and compliance functions. With 40 years of experience, his expertise spans SOX compliance, budgeting, MIS, fund management, taxation, and ERP systems. He is regarded as a strategic planner and business analyst for the organisation.
Mr. Prabhugouda Biradar serves as Chief Technology Officer of MRO‑TEK. A technology leader with over 30 years of expertise in distributed systems and carrier-grade network operating systems — including IP routing, MPLS, IPv6, SDN/NFV, and 4G/5G — he previously held Vice President roles at Philips, Cisco, and Huawei. He holds a postgraduate degree in Software Systems from BITS Pilani.
Ms. Khushali Mehta serves as Vice President of Strategy at MRO‑TEK, an experienced management consultant with a passion for delivering customer-centric strategies and solutions. In 6 years at Accenture London, she focused on channel shift, digital adoption, and customer retention while designing experiences that are inclusive and accessible, and brings experience in agile project management and leading multiple workstreams alongside strong stakeholder management. Her work has been recognised internally and by clients, including the Accenture 360 Award for Outstanding Client Contribution. She holds a BSc in Economics and Business Management from the University of Warwick and is a passionate champion of inclusion and diversity in the workplace.
Mr. Prashanth S serves as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of MRO‑TEK. An ICSI-qualified professional holding a B.Com in Corporate Secretaryship from Loyola College, Chennai, he brings experience across listed, unlisted, and private companies in secretarial and banking operations.
