We check your site before we send an engineer.
Every deployment starts with a network audit and a site feasibility check, not a truck roll and a guess. Larger projects get a dedicated project manager and signed-off documentation at every stage.
Identifies Gaps First
Assessed Before Work Begins
For Complex Deployments
Documented Throughout
What's Included
Our specialists audit your existing network to identify gaps, assess site feasibility, and handle installation and integration on an individual or project basis, with full documentation and sign-off.
For complex deployments — such as a MAN or campus network — a dedicated Project Manager oversees planning through training and sign-off, with clear timelines and a contingency plan.
How an Engagement Runs
Scope of Work
Installation, integration, and project management services are scoped and agreed with the customer in advance, based on a network audit/site survey and the requirements in your service order. The audit identifies gaps in the existing infrastructure before any installation or integration work is planned.
Customer Responsibilities
The customer provides site access, power, and any third-party equipment information needed to complete the engagement, as agreed in the service order.
Scheduling
Installation and project timelines are scheduled by mutual agreement and confirmed in writing before work begins. Delays caused by site readiness or third-party dependencies are outside MRO‑TEK's control.
